Ntshembo was born in 1988 in Giyani, Limpopo Province. He graduated from the University of Johannesburg and holds a National Diploma in Ceramic Design. Ntshembo has also obtained a PGCE in Visual Arts from UNISA. He is a qualified art teacher and an artist who has participated in numerous group exhibitions nationwide. He also serves as an adjudicator for the annual Visual Arts competitions at Greater Giyani Municipality and as the Deputy Secretary of CCIFSA in the Giyani Region.
