Siyasanga Jobo Mbenya (b. 1990) is the Project Manager for PESP 5 and he is responsible for assisting Provincial Coordinators.

He has a saying that keeps him going forward day in day out which stipulates that # Everything is possible it all depends on you the sky is the limit, Moreover he worked at the following organization’s and privately owned businesses while trying to build his career (a) Construction Sector (b) Police Service (c) Accommodation Sector (d) Entertainment Sector (e) Taxi Industry (f) The National Museum, with all the diverse skills he obtained from various organizations they have equipped him to ensure that he follows his dreams of one day becoming a successful businessman.

Siyasanga has a B-Tech Degree in Human Recourses Management majoring in Organizational Behavior, Advance Strategic Management and Advance Industrial Relations which he acquired from Walter Sisulu University (WSU).

He further believes that dreams are possible and you should never stop dreaming, through hard work you can make them a reality.
