BIOGRAPHY QHAMANDA MASWANE
Qhamahande was born in King William’s Town in the Eastern Cape and currently lives and works in Johannesburg, where he his own painting studio. He studied art at Lovedale College and then furthered his studies at the University of Fort Hare, Alice, where he graduated with a National Diploma in Fine Art. Qhamahande has exhibited his art in various group exhibitions, such as Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum in Port Elizabeth, the Ann Bryant Art Gallery in East London, Gallerie NOKO in Port Elizabeth, the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown, Eclectica Design Art in Cape Town and MMart House in Johannesburg.
