Ester is tasked with establishing and developing the Art Bank of South Africa Contemporary Visual Art Collection for leasing and to ensure the proper functioning and smooth running of the ArtBankSA.
About Us
Launched on 12 December 2017, the Art Bank of South Africa (ArtbankSA) is a national programme of the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (DSAC) and is hosted by the National Museum Bloemfontein, an agency of the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture. The ArtbankSA is tasked with purchasing artworks from South African artists, particularly that of emerging artists to lease and sell the artworks to South African government departments, private companies, and private individuals

Acting-Assistant Project Manager
Yolanda is assisting the project manager coordinating Art Bank of South Africa activities. She is the first point of contact for artists and clients of the ArtbankSA.

Brian Jugar (b.1997) is a Graphic Design Intern for the Art Bank of South Africa (ArtbankSA) and is tasked with offering creative analysis and design solutions to ArtbankSA. Brian is based in Bloemfontein where he completed his Advanced Diploma in Design Technology at the Central University of Technology (2021).
He learned Information Technology as a foundation for his skillset and decided to pursue Graphic Design as his specialization. He is experienced in Motion Design, User Experience Design, SEO & Web Development additional to his specialization.
He completed a semester abroad in Motion Design as an international exchange student in Ravensburg, Germany (2019) and was one of the curators behind the “Are You Game?” exhibition held at the Oliewenhuis Art Museum in 2021.
