Arts and Culture Minister, Mr Nathi Mthethwa, officially launched the Art Bank of South Africa in partnership with the National Museum, Bloemfontein under the theme: “Emerging Visions: Towards a Sustainable Economic Development of the Visuals Arts” at the Oliewenhuis Art Museum on 12 December 2017.
